KEVIN P. KEIL - PRESIDENT
Mr. Keil has been pounding nails since he was 6 years old. He began his official career in construction over 20 years ago with a major commercial general contracting company as a project Superintendent. Over the ensuing years, Mr. Keil moved into management positions and has developed strong construction management skills, including the ability to maintain cost-effectiveness while managing scheduling demands and fostering the team approach to successful project completion. Mr. Keil’s project experience as well as his acquired skills of leadership, professionalism, and relationship building uniquely qualify him to oversee operations for Zeus Builders.

CRAIG ANTES - GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
As General Superintendent, Mr. Antes is responsible for the overall coordination and management of construction in the field. The wide range of specific duties within the superintendent position includes the following: 1) Establish and maintain coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and municipal agencies having jurisdiction over a project. 2) Develop and manage project schedules. 3) Expedite procurement and delivery of materials and services in conjunction with the project manager. 4) Maintain budget constraints. 5) Enforce and assure jobsite safety. 6) Ensure all quality objectives are achieved.
With his varied experience, Mr. Antes brings a high level of professionalism and knowledge to the position of General Superintendent. Beginning his construction career as a carpenter, Mr. Antes has steadily progressed and parlayed his hands-on experience into effective project supervision skills. Mr. Antes experience has been particularly strong in restaurant and healthcare construction.
